Nico Nel, the owner and founder of Ultimate Choice Construction, grew up in a family of builders and craftsmen. From a young age, he spent school holidays accompanying his grandfather and uncles to construction sites, where he developed a deep understanding of building homes from plans and drawings. This early exposure shaped his commitment to exceptional workmanship and personalized client service, always tailored to each client\u2019s unique needs.

He structured Ultimate Choice Construction to be fully diversified across all sectors of the building industry. One of the company\u2019s notable achievements includes successfully completing 112,000 m\u00b2 of concrete formwork as a subcontractor to Group 5 Construction.
For us, the most important criterion on any project is meeting the agreed timeline. Precision, accuracy, and excellence are non\u2011negotiable values in every aspect of our work.

We collaborate with carefully selected subcontractors across all trades to ensure the highest standard on every project. Through this partnership model, we also contribute to uplifting unemployed individuals by offering skills development, craftsmanship training, and opportunities to become part of our construction team.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
